The 7th Whisky I tried on the night, at my first ever Queensland Malt Whisky Society North Sept in November, 2024 which just happened to be Japanese Whisky night, was the delightful Hibiki 12 Year Single Malt Japanese Whisky.

The line up was impressive especially given many were acquired by the club in the years leading up to the night, and some well before the prices of Japanese Whiskies had gone through the roof due to a spike in popularity without an matching increase in supply.
